      Riigihanget rahastatakse riigieelarvest ja Euroopa Maaelu Arengu Põllumajandusfondist (EAFRD).

      Võistleva dialoogi tulemusel soovib hankija leida kõige parema lahenduse teadmussiirde programmi koostamiseks ja läbiviimiseks suurandmete valdkonnas.

      Hange on jaotatud eraldi hankemenetlusteks. Suurandmete teadmussiirde programm korraldatakse kahes osas. Teise osa ulatus ja maht selgub esimese hanke tulemusel. Esimese osa hanget ei ole võimalik jagada omakorda osadeks tulenevalt teenuse olemusest ning sellega kaasnevate tööde eripärast.
