              Hankelepingu eseme tellimine toimub vastavalt tellija vajadustele. Lepingu ja selle alusel sõlmitud hankelepingute maksimaalne maksumus on 6 000 000 EUR, millele lisandub käibemaks. Kui tellija on lepingu lõppedes sõlminud hankelepinguid nimetatud maksimaalsest maksumusest väiksemas mahus, ei kuulu ülejäänud summa lepingu raames väljamaksmisele.
