          — Hankija ei vastuta võimalike viivituste, tõrgete või katkestuste eest, mida põhjustavad eRHR-is hankija kontrolli alt väljas olevad asjaolud. Hankija ei vastuta eRHR-i kasutamisest või mittekasutusest tekkinud kahjude või saamatajäänud tulu eest.
