      Hankemenetlus viiakse läbi vastavalt riigihangete seaduses (edaspidi: RHS) esitatud nõuetele eRHR keskkonnas.

      Hankeleping sõlmitakse pakkujaga, kelle hankija on edukaks tunnistanud hindamiskriteeriumite kohaldamise tulemusena. Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmib hankija tööde teostamiseks eduka pakkujaga hankelepingu.

      Hankija võib teha põhjendatud kirjaliku otsuse kõigi pakkumuste tagasilükkamise kohta, kui ilmneb asjaolu, mille tõttu hankelepingu sõlmimine on muutunud hankija jaoks ebaotstarbekaks või võimatuks.

      Küsimus või taotlus täiendava teabe või selgituste saamiseks hanke alusdokumentides esineva vastuolu või puuduse kohta esitatakse hiljemalt 3 tööpäeva enne pakkumuste esitamise tähtpäeva kirjalikult läbi eRHR-i. Küsimus või taotlus esitatakse eesti keeles. Hankija vastab esitatud küsimustele 3 tööpäeva jooksul eRHR-i vahendusel. eRHR saadab automaatselt teavituse vastuse lisamise kohta kõigile eRHR-is hanke juurde registreerunud isikutele.
