        Soovime sõlmida raamlepingu kuni 8 pakkujaga ettetellitava toitlustusteenuse, kohvipauside ning kaasnevate teenuste tellimiseks Tallinnas paiknevates Tartu Ülikooli hoonetes ja rendipindadel, kus ei ole rendileandja poolt pakutavat toitlustusteenust või kus ruumide omanik või valdaja ei piira (ei keela) väliseid toitlustusteenuse pakkujaid.

        Raamleping sõlmitakse, et toitlustusteenuse tellimine oleks võimalikult kiire ning majanduslikult soodne, arvestades säästlikkuse, otstarbekuse, proportsionaalsuse ja mõistliku hinna põhimõtteid. Raamlepingutes kehtestatud hinnatreppide piirmäärade määramisel on arvestatud, et nii hankija kui ka pakkujate teenuse tellimise/osutamise protsess toimuks võimalikult efektiivselt, et hankijale kaasneks võimalikult väike aja-, raha- ja tööjõukulu ning protsessile kuluv tööaeg oleks võrreldes ühekordse vajadusega (ühekordse tellimuse hind) proportsionaalne ega ületaks erinevate pakkujate pakkumuste võrdlemisest võimalikku saadavat rahalist säästu.
