         Rakvere Linnavalitsus (edaspidi hankija) korraldab lihthanke (edaspidi ka hange) eesmärgiga kasutada säästlikult ja ratsionaalselt Rakvere linna rahalisi vahendeid ning sõlmida hankeleping Rakvere linna sõiduteede talihooldustööde teostamiseks. Eelnevast tulenevalt teeb hankija kõikidele huvitatud isikutele ettepaneku käesolevast hankedokumendist ja hanketeatest tulenevatel tingimustel pakkumuste esitamiseks.
