Selleks soovib hankija leida koostööpartnerit VIKi ja selle alla kuuluvate erinevate üksuste (suuremas osas e-residentsuse programm ning vähesel määral välisspetsialistide Eestisse meelitamise programm Work in Estonia ja välisinvesteeringuid maandav Invest in Estonia) suhtekorraldustegevuste elluviimiseks nii Eesti siseselt kui välisturgudel.

         Hankelepingu eesmärgiks on EAS Välisinvesteeringute keskuse (edaspidi VIK) üleselt tagada suhtekorraldustegevuste ühtsus, et Eesti kuvand väljaspool Eestit oleks ühtsem. Selleks soovib hankija leida koostööpartnerit VIKi ja selle alla kuuluvate erinevate üksuste (suuremas osas e-residentsuse programm ning vähesel määral välisspetsialistide Eestisse meelitamise programm Work in Estonia ja välisinvesteeringuid maandav Invest in Estonia) suhtekorraldustegevuste elluviimiseks nii Eesti siseselt kui välisturgudel.
