      Lepingu esialgne kogumaksumus on lepingu Lisas 2 punktides 1–6 nimetatud maksumuste summa kokku (edaspidi tasu) 250 892,00 EUR, millele lisandub käibemaks 20 % summas 50 178,40 EUR, kokku 301 070,40 EUR.

      Ostja jätab endale õiguse tellida ja müüja kohustub täitma lepingu lisas 2 esitatud ühikhindade alusel (ühikuhinnad sisaldavad kõiki kulusid, sealhulgas tollimaksud, impordimaksud jmt maksud, lõivud, litsentsitasud) lisaks lepingu punktis 4.4.1–4.4.6. nimetatud perspektiivse seadme või seadme andmestiku liiklusjuhtimissüsteemi integratsiooni tarkvaraga seotud teenuseid ning täiendavaid tarkvara arendustöid.
