      1) Hankemenetluses osalejal ei ole õigust nõuda hanke korraldajalt pakkumuse tegemisega seotud kulude korvamist.

      2) Juhul ,kui edukal pakkujal ei ole püsivat tegevuskohta Eesti Vabariigis ja hankija peab seetõttu tasuma ostetavalt kaubalt/teenuselt pöördkäibemaksu, sõlmitakse hankeleping ilma käibemaksuta müügihinnaga ja tarneklausliga DDP, välja arvatud EV käibemaks.

      3) Täiendava informatsiooni saamiseks riigihanke alusdokumentide kohta esitada kirjalikud küsimused e-riigihangete keskkonnas riigihangete registri vahendusel, olles selleks eelnevalt registreerunud konkreetse hanke juurde.
